Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by third-party providers (PayPal, LemonSqueezy). We do not store your credit card numbers or financial account details. We receive transaction identifiers and amounts for record-keeping.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including topics submitted for video generation, video generation history, credit usage, and general interaction patterns.

Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access timestamps for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including generating videos and managing credits.
• To process payments and maintain transaction records.
• To send transactional emails (video completion, payment confirmations).
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Generated videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 for the retention period of thirty (30) days, after which they are automatically deleted. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
• Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, and video storage (R2).
• Vercel: Frontend hosting.
• Google (Gemini AI): AI script generation (only the topic text is sent, no personal data).
• PayPal: Payment processing.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion.
• Generated videos: Automatically deleted 30 days after generation.
• Payment records: Retained for the legally required period for financial records.
• Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update or correct your personal information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• Objection: Object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes.
