Refund Policy

1. Credit Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital service (AI-generated video content), all credit purchases are generally considered final. However, we may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Failed video generation: If a video generation fails due to a system error and credits are deducted, you will automatically receive a credit refund.
  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Service unavailability: If you purchased credits and the Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 hours), you may request a full refund.

2. Cancellation of Queued Videos

If your video is still in the queue (status: "queued") and has not begun processing, you can cancel it from your dashboard. Cancelled videos will have their credits automatically refunded to your account balance.

Videos that are already in processing cannot be cancelled, and credits for these videos are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible cases, contact us at support@videin.co with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The transaction or payment ID (available in your credits history).
  • The reason for the refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayPal or LemonSqueezy). Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits that have been used for successful video generation.
  • Welcome bonus credits (free credits provided upon registration).
  • Credits on accounts that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations.
